We know that some venues give you a choice of menus - and that there’s not much deviation allowed! Well, you don’t have restrictions in real life, so why should you with your wedding? Our Head Chef runs our Fine Dining restaurant here at the Heart of England. He’s responsible for the exquisite dishes that are on our menu every week - and he pays particular care to the selection of dishes for your wedding. We can provide suggestions and help - but ultimately, it’s about creating something that you (and your guests) will talk about for years to come!

You can choose anything from a formal, sit down banquet - to an informal buffet - or why not try a carvery for a contemporary twist? Not into the traditional style of reception? OK, how about cream teas - with tiny sandwiches, scones and strawberries in the afternoon - followed by a hog roast or barbeque for the evening party? Our food is freshly and lovingly prepared in our state of the art kitchens - and Chef takes great pride in his art!
